【摘要】:Theenergyinputratetestisusedtoconfirmthatthepatioheaterisoperatingproperlypriortofurthertesting.Preheatenergyandtimecanbeusefultofoodserviceoperatorstomanageenergydemandsandtoknowhowquicklythepatioheatercanbereadyforoperation.Thetemperaturedistributionofapatioheatercanbeusedbyoperatorsanddesignerstodeterminethemosteffectivelayoutforapatioheatingsystem.Theeffectiveheatedareacanbeusedbyoperatorstochooseapatioheaterthatmeetstheirheatingneeds.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheheatingperformanceandenergyconsumptionofcommercialradiantpatioheaters.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectacommercialpatioheaterandunderstanditsenergyperformanceandeffectiveheatedarea.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletocommercialgasandelectricradiantpatioheaters.1.3Thepatioheatercanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing:1.3.1Energyinputrate(10.2),1.3.2Preheatenergyconsumptionandtime(10.3),1.3.3Temperaturedistribution(10.4),and1.3.4Effectiveheatedarea(10.4).1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
